Colorstay Overtime Lipcolor- Revlon

This is a review for the Revlon Colorstay Overtime Lipcolor.
Like many similar products, it comes in a 2 step application process. Step one involves applying the color evenly and letting it dry. Mind you, you can layer several coats of color if desired.

Below is a photo of a singular layer on one side of my lips.

This is what the product looks like with both steps and two layers of color.

While I really like durable lip products, this one wasn't one of my favorites. This product is hard to eat in because it can shed and look messy after eating. Even with the gloss coat, my lips ends up chapped and flaky the next day.

I would prefer the other Colorstay Suede stick to this.

Genifique Eye - Lancôme

I received a deluxe sample size of the Genifique Eye by Lancome. The sample is half the size of the full product.

I've heard many lovely things about this eye cream so I was really excited to try it. Like many of the eye products I have tried, this one did nothing positive for me. In fact, I started to notice MORE wrinkles after the fact. One day, the skin was so dry that the under eye wrinkle lines stuck after I smiled. I was miserable. I stopped using this stuff and switched back to a different cream.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing this product. Test it first to see how your eyes do with it first.

ALMAY smart shade anti-aging makeup

I purchased this on clearance for a buck at Ulta. I knew what I was buying wasn't a miracle product, but I needed something to mix with one of my foundations that was a couple shades too deep.

By itself, this product would make a pretty good BB cream. It gives just enough sheer coverage to help you feel like you tried that morning. ;)

As expected, it doesn't custom-fit to you skin. That's just not possible with our current technology. The cream color activates once it is blended.

For a dollar, I'm not going to complain.
